Mission
Our mission is to Prevent, Treat, and Reverse chronic diseases of lifestyle using evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine interventions that focus on the whole person (physically, emotionally, mentally and soulfully).
What is lifestyle medicine?
Lifestyle Medicine uses an evidence based approached for the prevention, treatment and reversal of chronic diseases of lifestyle. Lifestyle Medicine focuses on 6 pillars of health. Healthy eating (predominantly whole food plant based), Increasing physical activity. Restorative sleep, managing stress, managing substance abuse, and forming and maintaining relationships.
